The Client
Mattamy Homes is the largest privately owned homebuilder in North America, with operations across United States and Canada. Mattamy has sold more than 70,000 homes in 160 communities. In the United States, the company is represented in eight metropolitan areas – Minneapolis-St. Paul, Charlotte, Phoenix, Tucson, Jacksonville, Orlando, Tampa and Sarasota – and in Canada, those communities stretch across the Greater Toronto Area, as well as in Ottawa, Calgary and Edmonton.
The Challenge
As our company grew, regular travel between locations ceased to be a viable communications method. As a large, privately-owned homebuilder, we needed to be able to communicate efficiently and effectively with our divisions across North America. To do this, we needed easy-to-manage teleconferencing, as well as web and video conferencing services.

The calls are very easy for us to set up, which saves time, and most of our Canadian managers have their own dedicated call numbers.
Vesta even worked with our finance department to provide a customized billing system that allows our many users/departments to be invoiced individually.
